Picnic Shelters

For Party Reservations, please contact the administrative office at (318)965-2289.  The office is open Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

If there will be alcohol at the shelter, you will have to secure a deputy.  It will be one deputy per 75 in attendance and the fee rate for an off duty deputy is $30.00 per hour with a 4 hour minimum.  You will have to contact the Bossier Parish Sheriff's office at 318 965-3487 within 24 hours of reserving your party to request a deputy. 

Group Picnic Shelters

Each time frame is 4 hours. If you would like to rent a group picnic shelter for the whole day, you will have to secure both time frames.  Our time frames are 8:00am-12:00pm or 2:00pm-6:00pm.

Available for parties up to 50 people

$175.00 per time frame
Entrance fee-$4.00 per person
Available for parties up to 50 people

Beach Event Center

There is only one time frame for this rental.  We do not allow alcohol at this rental.  

$350.00 for 5 hours
Entrance fee-$4.00 per person
Available for parties up to 60 people
